Green Hat Day
All this waste we have to ban it, if we want to save our planet!
On Friday 2nd March everyone was encouraged to wear a hat into school. These hats had to be made from recycled materials and everyone had to pay €2 for the privilege of wearing their creation.
Some of the materials used included : plastic bottles, yogurt cartons, film containers, cardboard, socks, jumpers, paper, flowers, batteries, cans, paper bags & egg cartons.

Well done everyone. This is just a selection of the hats but they were all fabulous. Overall we raised a whopping €160.
