All this waste, we have to ban it, if we want to save our planet!
This year we received a very gracious donation of hundreds of daffodil bulbs. To make the most of these, we decided to sell them, so on Wednesday 26th September we had our very first green fundraiser of the new school year. We sold the bulbs - 10 for €2.50 and fantastically raised €171. This means that we were able to pay off the remainder of last year's debts and start afresh, so a big thank you to everyone who purchased!
Unfortunately, we'll have to wait until springtime for some photos - maybe some of you could email me some photos when the daffs bloom. The left over bulbs will be planted around the school.
