Banana and Marshmallow Cheesecake

For homework, two of the boys had to complete a comprehension sheet based on the recipe for Banana and Marshmallow Cheesecake. As a treat we made the cheesecake in school the following week.

Have a look at us in action!

First we had to crush the digestive biscuits with a rolling pin.

Brandon melted the butter, then we all stirred in the crushed biscuits. This was placed in the fridge to go hard.

To make the topping, the sugar, cream cheese and lemon had to be mixed together. After this was smooth, the cream was gently whisked in too!

Next, the bananas and marshmallows were chopped into the creamy mixture.

Finally, with everything mixed together, the topping was spooned onto the biscuit base and chocolate was grated on top.

Yum!

The washing up had to be done!
