• In English we wrote stories about someone who takes a strange medicine. We began reading Charlotte’s Web after mid-term, and the class are really enjoying it so far.

• We started division in Maths. And we worked in pairs to make pentaminoes. Our work can be seen on the wall of fame.

• We started football on November 7th. We will have classes for six weeks. We have been practising ladders and dribbling skills. Everyone is doing well so far and having fun too!

• We painted multi coloured paintings inspired by the work of Kandinski in Art. Everyone worked hard and they turned out really well.

• An archaeologist called Mark Kelly visits our class every Tuesday. He has been teaching us about medieval Dublin. Last Tuesday we got the chance to do a mini excavation. We had to dig through soil to find different things such as bone, wood, rock and shell. It was really fun!
